RadarIA

Terms of service

These terms are a contract between you and Pedro Miguel Marques Henriques, an individual sole trader established in Lisboa, Portugal, for the RadarIA service.

RadarIA asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity the kind of questions a buyer asks, and shows how they talk about a product you submit. Answers can be wrong. A report is not a promise that any assistant will recommend you.

You will not use the service to probe a product you do not operate, or to run up someone else's bill. You are responsible for the names you submit.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in US dollars by Stripe. You can cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops renewal. Access follows the subscription status Stripe reports to us.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of the day the contract is made, without giving a reason. This is the withdrawal right in Directive 2011/83/EU, as applied in Portugal by Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014.

RadarIA is a digital service. By starting a paid plan you expressly request that we begin supplying it immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed during those 14 days. If supply has started and you withdraw before it is fully performed, you pay only an amount proportional to what you have already received.

To the extent Portuguese and EU law allow, liability for a paid plan is limited to the fees you paid for that plan in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud.

Portuguese law governs these terms. The courts of Lisbon, Portugal, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep any mandatory right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
