RadarIA

Privacy policy

Pedro Miguel Marques Henriques, an individual sole trader established in Lisboa, Portugal, operates RadarIA. He is the controller of personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese Law no. 58/2019.

We store the email and name on your account and a password hash (PBKDF2-SHA-256). We store the product, website, category, and competitors you submit, the prompts we send, the assistant answers, and the fixes in your report. For a paid plan we store the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. We store a hash of your IP address only to apply rate limits.

Public category pages show aggregated brand counts. They do not show your email, and they do not attach a raw answer to your account.

We share data with these processors: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and the database; Stripe, which takes subscription payments; the providers of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, which write the answers in a report (a request may pass through OpenRouter); ActiveCampaign, which receives your email when account sync is on; and Resend, which sends the weekly email when that is configured. Some of these companies process data outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rest on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.

The legal basis is the contract, for your account, checks, and reports (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); legitimate interests, for rate limits, security, and anonymized category statistics (Article 6(1)(f)); and a legal obligation, for billing records Portuguese tax law requires us to keep (Article 6(1)(c)).

We keep account data while the account is open and delete it when you ask, except records we must keep for tax or to deal with a dispute. Rate-limit hashes expire with the limit window.

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
